Position: Lead Generation/Email Marketer

Salary Range: $1,000-$1,200/month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM -6:00 PM PST

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Recruitment:
    • Actively search for potential TikTok influencers/users on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
    • Reach out to identified influencers/users via email to pitch our platform and encourage them to join.
    • Maintain a database of potential and recruited influencers.
  • Email Campaigns:
    • Create and send mass email campaigns to potential influencers and partners.
    • Track and analyze email campaign performance.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization.
Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Non-negotiable: Availability during designated shifts.
