The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calling and other outreach methods. You will target key decision-makers in hospitals, universities, laboratories, clinics, and veterinary practices to promote our services and products. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads that convert into meaningful business opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Lead Identification:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within target organizations.
Build and maintain a database of prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to hospitals, universities, laboratories, clinics, and veterinary practices.
Effectively communicate the value of our services and products to potential clients.
Qualifying leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow up on initial contacts to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends to inform sales tactics.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on lead generation activities, including call metrics, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize outreach efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain positive relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Address any questions or concerns from prospects and provide timely information about our services.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in le

Continuously seek ways to enhance outreach techniques and improve lead conversion rates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with healthcare, education, or veterinary industries is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
3-4 years of Experience
Excellent telephone etiquette and a confident, professional demeanor.
Ability to handle objections and navigate complex conversations.
Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
