Position Summary
As a Lead Generation Sales Support Specialist, you'll identify potential clients through online research, networking, and industry events, ensuring they meet our product and service criteria. You'll also maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information about leads and prospects.
Responsibilities
The role involves prospecting and managing potential customer interactions for different target audiences. Responsibilities include upholding and portraying professional, honest, culture, managing good rapport with customers, and colleagues and working closely with the sales team to hand overqualified leads and assist in the conversion process.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Creating and maintaining lead generation documentation and processes.
• Generating reports to track lead generation performance and provide insights for improvement.

Sales Support:
• Works closely with assigned Sales Team Projects to support their sales activities on a daily basis
• Regular check-ins to determine support needed, including inbox actioning, quote support and follow ups.
• Working with the CRM and updating the Sales Team on actions and setting tasks.
• Compiling Quotes and opportunities within the CRM
• Monitoring all open opportunities of assigned Sales Team with follow ups and close offs once order received (or reason if lost).
• Ideas and involvement in implementing improvements in processes relating to sales, order accuracy, marketing materials or adding value to customer experience
Requirements
• Experience in similar industry and have 3+ years of administration experience in a support capacity.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is desirable.
• Experience in Outbound Sales or Lead Generation in Australian or American industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the types of machines in the earthmoving industry. Basic understanding of site terminology and Australian geography would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work to Australian Shift Working Hours.
• Willingness to work or relocate in the Angeles City Pampanga Office
