We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, setting appointments, and contributing to the growth of our business through effective communication and follow-up strategies.

What You'll Do
Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach techniques
Schedule appointments with prospective clients for the sales team
Follow up on leads via phone, email, or social media channels
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems
Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
Meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.
What We’re Looking For
High business acumen– understands corporate structures and decision-making hierarchies.
Strong sales and pre-engagement background – proven ability to persuade and secure meetings with top executives.
Exceptional communication skills – excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
Resourcefulness and creativity – ability to find alternate ways to reach prospects (e.g., through executive assistants, networks, etc.).
Global exposure – experience handling markets such as the US, Australia, and other regions for versatility.
