Your Role:

A detail-oriented professional responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of lead and prospect data across Excel and CRM systems. This role involves close collaboration with the SDR and lead generation teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and actionable data is available for sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Data Administrator, you will:

  • Extracting and organising lead data from Excel sheets provided by the SDR team.
  • Accurately entering and mapping data into a custom CRM, including company details, contact information, and engagement notes.
  • Ensuring data quality through formatting standardisation, error checking, and validation of key fields such as emails and phone numbers.
  • Identifying and flagging duplicates, outdated records, and low-quality leads for review and cleanup.
  • Updating CRM records with new information and managing lead status changes based on SDR feedback.
  • Archiving obsolete records to maintain a clean and current database.
  • Conducting research and nurturing activities for leads requiring further qualification.
  • Collecting and organizing feedback on lead quality from third-party data providers to improve future sourcing.

This role is critical in enabling efficient lead management, improving SDR productivity, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the sales pipeline.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry
  • Experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, able to conduct data entry and management of large data sets
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
