In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master in managing the configuration of the application based on the business unit requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM Standards focusing on Oracle HCM Talent Management module.
- Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management module in different world areas
- Assist in testing new configurations and functional analysis before the production migration.
- Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules.
- Partner with organization’s point of contact to identify and resolve production issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or other related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Shared Services industry, preferably with focus on HCM applications and HR processes.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work on night shift schedule and during Philippine holidays.
- Experience with Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications is a plus.
- Experience working with agile teams and operating with SAFe agile implementation practices, a plus.
