In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and facilitate requirement gathering, validation, and coordination to align system and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements, guiding developers and end-users and resolving conflicts to achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Analyze global process impacts, manage implementation plans, and act as a liaison between global teams and regional departments.
  • Support development efficiency, validate test cases for UAT, and ensure consistent quality outputs by reviewing developer work.
  • Facilitate user group discussions, troubleshoot system issues, and document business system updates to ensure functional alignment.
  • Conduct training and promote the use of business system tools by developing training materials and educating leaders on system updates.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, analyze data needs, and ensure global standardization of reports and dashboards.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related courses.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the IT software development field, tools and process automation, data operations engineering, or equivalent.
  • Skilled in Azure DevOps or any issue/project tracking software.
  • Ability to see overlapping functions and interdepartmental dependencies.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and models into understandable visual representations.
  • Experience in system integrations, process mapping/modelling, and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile or Stage-Gate process or similar.
