Landscape Design Specialist

Offshored is a leading offshore recruitment consultancy in the Philippines, providing strategic talent acquisition services for Australian clients. We are seeking a talented and passionate Landscape Design Specialist to join our dynamic Landscape Team. In this role, you will work closely with AU Landscape Designers to assist in design validation, documentation, and the delivery of comprehensive drawing packages for landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of landscape documentation at all project stages: Schematic, Detailed Design, and Tender.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of landscape designs that enhance and transform spaces.
• Coordinate tasks and establish priorities to ensure high-quality landscape package delivery.
• Engage with various departments, including international offices, to foster collaboration and achieve optimal project outcomes.
• Utilize design software (Photoshop, Sketch-Up, AutoCAD) to create compelling visual presentations and technical drawings. Familiarity with Revit is a plus.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Landscape Design experience.
• Proven track record in leading the documentation delivery of landscape projects at various stages.
• A strong passion for design and creating engaging environments that enhance community spaces.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong IT skills, particularly with design software.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect and collaborate with diverse teams.
