Shift: 9PM-6AM PH, Mon-Fri

Arrangement: Hybrid, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions

- Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies

- Consults with the organization on labour laws and applicable legislation

- Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures

Qualifications / Skills:

- 3-5 years essential (preferably in a BPO or similar industry)

- Labor relations

- PH labor compliance

- Knowledgeable in PH government regulatory and governance

- Business Partnering and stakeholder management
