To ensure the accurate processing and timely communication of payment requests within the system. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient financial operations and effective stakeholder communication.

Your Role
To ensure the accurate processing and timely communication of payment requests within the system. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient financial operations and effective stakeholder communication.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare details and process payment requests
- Request to upload invoice & acknowledgement in the system
- Follow-up Payment Request Approval from BU-RCC in Teams Channel
- Timely and effective communication with Finance GS to request COD Payment Advise
- Adept in system applications
- Keen to details
- Analytical & with good judgement
- Flexible working hours and working coverage
- Knowledge of freight forwarding in the context of finance
