We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Klaviyo Marketer to support our growing e-commerce business. If you have experience with marketing platforms, reporting, and campaign management, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Generate daily and monthly performance reports for all marketing channels, including discount code tracking and email segmentation analysis
  • Implement and schedule weekly updates to Shopify, Walmart, and eBay themes, promotions, and discounts
  • Manage the setup, scheduling, and performance monitoring of email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows and list segmentation
  • Create and optimize Amazon creator connect campaigns, affiliate links, coupons, and deal submissions to enhance visibility
  • Maintain and organize the brand asset library, including marketing copy, product descriptions, design files, and images
  • Assist in optimizing product listings on various online platforms and provide general marketing support

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Marketing Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Excel for detailed reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Amazon is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
