Kitchen Operations Manager

About the role

As the Kitchen Operations Manager at Doughmain, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service. This contract position is based in Cainta Rizal and will involve managing all aspects of the kitchen, from inventory control to staff scheduling and training.

Candidate must be able to physically report in Greenwoods Executive Village, Cainta, Rizal Monday - Saturday.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage the daily operations of the commissary and mall stores

2. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and ingredients for the commissary

3. Monitors daily sales of all mall outlets

4. Assist in research and development for new and existing products

5. Train staff on and monitor compliance of company processes and procedures

6. Prepare monthly sales report

7. Manage logistics requirement of the company

8. Process online orders and manage online inquiries

9. Prepare the daily production of the commissary

10. Perform regular store audit/visits

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and quality control
• Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine menu items, ensuring they meet established standards
• Hire, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
• Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage the kitchen budget and optimize cost-saving measures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar kitchen operations management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, inventory management, and quality control procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing kitchen team
• Proficient in using kitchen management software and other relevant technologies
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
