Main Responsibilities

• To execute AVA (Availability, Visbility, Activation) principles in all Modern Trade doors
• To ensure all negotiated agreements and promotions are executed in store
• To lead the field merchandising team to ensure alignment of plans and execution of strategies in store
• To plan and execute growth initiatives based on store insights
• To coordinate with Modern Trade Key Customer Managers and Trade Marketing teams to propose strategies to improve store operations
  
  

Skills Needed

• Must have 2-3 years experience in account management in retail/ food service industry
• Must be agile, self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to travel (National)
• Knows how to drive
