What You'll Do
Develop strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs
Analyze account performance and provide strategic recommendations for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
Prepare regular reports on account status and activity for management review
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in B2B environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
