Job description

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Manage clients’ expectations by thoroughly explaining process, identifying and mitigating challenges, and establishing clear communication lines.
  • Promote company services, products, and opportunities to key accounts.
  • Identify and develop relationships and collaborate with key account contacts.
  • Market, sell, and service clients’ projects, and negotiate for future business.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage the fulfillment of sales orders.
  • Make presentations to groups of clients and other industry related contacts.
  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • May perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any business-related course.
  • 2+ years proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales management.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork activities and open to relocation (if necessary).
  • Can work under pressure with less supervision.
  • Team player.
