We’re looking for a Key Account Manager, E-Commerce to join our Consumer Channel team in the Philippines.
Continue to re-define and take ownership of products and services for the digital age!
A results oriented and energetic sales and account manager professional, having carved out a niche for yourself in the e-commerce sector. You already understand the consumer e-commerce landscape and no doubt would have been instrumental in developing relationships with the likes of Lazada, Shopee, and other major local players. You love technology and data, never backing away from a challenge. You have experience in building relationships and driving growth with online retailers (both pure play and bricks and mortar) as well as engaging cross functionally within your own business eco-system to bring it all to life and now looking for a new challenge where you will expand your scope to build on your experience in a truly forward thinking multinational.

More About The Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager, E-Commerce to join our Consumer Channel team in the Philippines.
Continue to re-define and take ownership of products and services for the digital age!
- Establishing strong relationships with e-commerce partners (online marketplaces - Shopee, Lazada, etc.), taking the lead on account management, monthly and quarterly reviews as well as joint business plan development and execution
- Manage e-commerce enablers and third party vendors
- Partnering with internal marketing teams to understand growth and consumer preferences, driving market activation to maximize our full channel potential
- Providing data analysis and learning around e-commerce promotional tactics, and internalizing best practices for use across all consumer e-commerce channels in Indonesia
- Collaborating with sales colleagues to align channel priorities and identify new opportunities for e-commerce growth in traditional Brick and Mortar accounts
- Promoting a customer-centered culture around e-commerce that strives to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations

Specific Requirements Below
- 5+ years combined Sales/Key Account Management experience, handing e-Commerce business
- Knowledgeable in managing e-commerce marketplaces with proven success story within this channel is a must
- Experience in managing 3rd party vendors / agencies is preferred
- At least Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Motivated, view yourself as being a game changer and are committed to developing your career with us.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full legal working authority to work in Philippines without the need for company's sponsorship
