Job Description

Job Purpose:

Lead the formulation and implementation of customer business strategies to achieve sustained profitable growth and market-right positioning of the brands in the area of responsibility.

Job Description

  • Execute the annual sales plan covering the area of responsibility by establishing clear targets on a by account/by door levels that is consistent and aligned with the AFP of the Levi’s brands.
  • Execute the GTM process efficiently and effectively, particularly those related to sales execution, assortment planning, account management and retail operations.
  • Maintain and manage the relationship with all retailers within scope making it more consistent with LS&CO values and principles and characterized by a partnership that is mutually beneficial and profitable.
  • Manage the accounts’ businesses, making them more controlled and predictable in terms of sell-in, sell-out, inventories, collections, etc. including the quarterly release of overdue by AM and by account as a percentage of receivables.
  • Achieves the account’s KPI’s: units, revenues, mix, margins, EBIT as well as achievement of Retail KPIs for RT and WH doors where applicable.
  • Develops the account plan that outline clear strategies, action plans and annual growth targets of key retailers that is focused on sales units, revenue growth, product assortment, distribution strategy implementation and marketing plan execution.
  • Create an increased level of analysis concerning Outright and Consignment, SKU productivity and its actual formal communication to relevant parties.
  • Ensure that the Sales Foundation disciplines are executed consistently, non-negotiable by all team members, to improve team productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in merchandise planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • Eye for details
  • Highly collaborative
