JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage all business development aspects of client's partnerships in Philippines with key retail partners, with a primary focus on sales revenue and brand awareness.
  • The role will balance sales support, partner management, and marketing with the focus of growing the sales funnel.
  • Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to client’s sales rules of engagement
  • Launch new devices including but not limited to smart phones, tablets, routers and accessories
  • Aggressively drive to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices and support
  • Create systems and procedures to streamline partner management
  • Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects
  • Provide weekly reporting of inventory, sell-through, sell-out, and forecast
  • Provide recommended PO quantity to retail partners, and push for their PO’s to distributors
  • Work with retail partners, their stores as well as our own retail team on the store coverage: LDU, POSM, promoter incentive program, etc.
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
  • Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations
  • Define and execute partner sales plans
  • In charge of building client branding footprint in retail
  • Timely observe and solve the issues with the cooperation

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Telecommunication Industry or any related field is required for this position
  • Experience in handling promoters or manpower
  • With Sales Experience
  • Business Development Skills
  • Must have experience in Mobile Technology Industry
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • Promoter management experience
