About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at DKC GROUP INC. This full-time role is based in Angeles City Pampanga and will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our Sales and Account & Relationship Management division.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their evolving needs and identify new opportunities
- Manage and grow assigned account portfolios to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges and meet their strategic objectives
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and pipeline
- Contribute to the development of new business proposals and presentations
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of successful account management experience, preferably within a Sales or Account & Relationship Management role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools
- Thorough understanding of the Sales and Account & Relationship Management industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
