Job Summary

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of drafting standards
- Responsible for tracking and documenting changes across ongoing projects by reviewing and comparing updated drawings with previous sets to ensure all modifications are accurately captured.
- Makes sure that all the documents that are under his responsibility are methodically prepared according to the drafting standard and procedures.
- Consults with superior for any special considerations.
- Incorporates and understands corrections and/or adjustments after drawing are checked.
- Utilizes computer assisted drafting equipment and software like Bluebeam and Excel.
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in an effective manner with coworkers and supervisors.
- Performs other job duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Technology in Drafting, Bachelor of Science in Architecture, or Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (professional license not required)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required
- Basic ability to read and interpret structural drawings
- Good time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
