The Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our volume hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in the recruitment field and has some hands-on experience in handling candidate pipelines, screening applicants, and coordinating with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles
• Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment activities
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines
  
  

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to work onsite 3 times a week
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
