Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing aviation-related projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Support procurement, contract management, and resource allocation for projects.
  • Assist in troubleshooting project challenges and implementing process improvements.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations, industry best practices, and project lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
