We are looking for a dedicated professional in delivering security our clients. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused junior professional to support sales and provide technical assistance in our growing surveillance product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for CCTV and surveillance products, building a pipeline of leads through research and outreach.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and basic consultations to highlight the features and benefits of CCTV solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Conduct basic site assessments to recommend suitable CCTV systems and coordinate installations with the technical team.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM tools, and support the preparation of regular reports and analyses.
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or vocational certificate in Electronics, IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems (e.g., cameras, DVRs, NVRs) and their applications.
- Some experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn technical concepts and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.
