The team, consisting of experienced financial planners and support staff, offers a wide range of financial planning services to individuals, businesses, superannuation fund members, and trustees.
As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a Junior Paraplanner based in Manila, Philippines, to assist Financial Advisors in generating advice documents and implementing advice.

As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a Junior Paraplanner based in Manila, Philippines, to assist Financial Advisors in generating advice documents and implementing advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing Compliant Advice Documents (SoA, RoA) using Xplan.
- Entering Clients Information into Xplan.
- Liaising with Fund Managers, insurance/superannuation/platform providers.
- Conducting research for investment / insurance recommendations.
- Completing Advice Implementation as required.
- Lodgement of implementation paperwork as required.
- Maintaining Compliant files.
- Provide support to wider team as required.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning role within financial planning.
- Have experience writing compliant SoAs and RoAs.
- Experience in Financial planning processes, fund manager interactions and administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Have a knowledge of financial planning strategies.
- Proficiency with financial planning software (Xplan) and well versed in use comparison and modelling tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong time management and teamwork abilities.
- Skilled in critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborating effectively within a team.
