Their commitment to providing comprehensive wealth management and retirement planning services remains the same nearly 20 years later. The team, consisting of experienced financial planners and support staff, offers a wide range of financial planning services to individuals, businesses, superannuation fund members, and trustees.

As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a Junior Paraplanner based in Manila, Philippines, to assist Financial Advisors in generating advice documents and implementing advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing Compliant Advice Documents (SoA, RoA) using Xplan.
  • Entering Clients Information into Xplan.
  • Liaising with Fund Managers, insurance/superannuation/platform providers.
  • Conducting research for investment / insurance recommendations.
  • Completing Advice Implementation as required.
  • Lodgement of implementation paperwork as required.
  • Maintaining Compliant files.
  • Provide support to wider team as required.


Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning role within financial planning.
  • Have experience writing compliant SoAs and RoAs.
  • Experience in Financial planning processes, fund manager interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a knowledge of financial planning strategies.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software (Xplan) and well versed in use comparison and modelling tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong time management and teamwork abilities.
  • Skilled in critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborating effectively within a team.
