Job Description
Must-Haves:
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams (writers, designers) to gather content, manage feedback, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Manage and maintain client email distribution lists, ensuring data hygiene, proper segmentation, and list health.
- Build, test, and schedule newsletter campaigns in various email service platforms (ESPs).
- Assist in setting up and monitoring automated email sequences (e.g., welcome or nurture campaigns).
- Support performance tracking by pulling key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.) for client reports.
- Assist in crafting and distributing internal and external corporate communications.
Must-Haves:
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (for client coordination).
- A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn new software and marketing concepts.
- The self-motivation and discipline to manage your own time and tasks in a remote setting.
- A proactive, "no task is too small" attitude and a strong sense of pride in your work.
- Any experience with an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc.).
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel) for managing lists.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
