Your role

As a Junior Marketing Executive, You Will

Support the global marketing team. The role's primary focus is on email marketing management using HubSpot, where you will plan, build, and deliver campaigns to support subscription growth and brand engagement.

Your Key Duties Include

• Developing and managing audience segmentation strategies.
• Creating automated workflows to guide contacts through tailored journeys.
• Optimizing email lists to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights.
• Testing new approaches for audience acquisition and retention.
• Collaborating with other teams to align email strategy with business objectives.
  
  

In addition, you will be responsible for managing ongoing social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, and handling general marketing administration tasks. This includes maintaining campaign trackers and schedules, as well as supporting the team with research and database updates.

What You Need:

• HubSpot Proficiency: You must have working knowledge and experience using HubSpot.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: An understanding of digital marketing campaigns and their associated metrics is required.
• Education: A degree in marketing or an equivalent qualification is beneficial, though not essential.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: You need exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with other teams.
