- Monitoring status of the division’s compliance and to ensure compliance with governmental reportorial requirements and with other applicable existing rules and regulations;
- Providing administrative support involving legal matters;
- Responsible for coordination with concerned departments (relative to pending issues, schedule of meetings, etc.);
- Responsible for condo corporation administrative matters
- Reviewing / drafting contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other referred corporate documents;
- Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation;
- Provide legal opinions/draft contracts/provisions and pleadings
- Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (License)
- With at least 1-2 years experience
- Fresh bar passers are welcome to apply
- Result-oriented and have excellent time-management skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Flexible/Adaptable
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be amenable with onsite work arrangement
