Junior Jira Developer (Work From Home)

Duties

• Prioritization and Planning – Organize and manage development tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.
• Code Development – Design, develop, and maintain solutions across Jira, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms. (Experience with Jira and ServiceNow is a priority)
• Testing – Perform unit and system testing to validate code quality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Documentation – Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, configurations, and system updates.
• Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, administrators, and developers, to deliver effective solutions and improvements.
  
  

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Jira administration, including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and advanced scripting.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues across integrated systems.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Cross-Platform Integrations: Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and webhooks for system integrations.
  
  

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

• Project Management: Ability to lead projects, define timelines, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.9
• Experience in ServiceNow platform administration, development, and integration. (Not Required, nice to have only)
• Experience in Salesforce development, Salesforce integration, and platform configuration. (Not required, nice to have only)
  
  

Educational Qualification/s

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Developer, ServiceNow Certified Developer, or Atlassian Certified Developer, are a plus.

• Schedule is from 4PM-1AM MNL / 4 AM – 1 PM EST (Monday-Friday)
