As a Junior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing features under the guidance of our senior developers, ensuring all work adheres to company and client standards. This role is a fantastic opportunity for continuous learning and professional development, allowing you to grow your expertise in cutting-edge software practices and technologies. You'll actively contribute to team discussions, share your ideas and plans, and coordinate directly with our clients. If you have a knack for sharing knowledge, you might even get the chance to teach classes, maintain training materials, or give short talks to both internal and external audiences!


What You'll Do

  • Implement Features: Develop and implement software features under the guidance of senior developers, always in compliance with company and client best practices.
  • Learn & Grow: Dedicate time to learning new software development practices and technologies, as prescribed by the company and as needed by our clients.
  • Contribute Ideas: Actively contribute to the team's ideas and plans, bringing fresh perspectives to the table.
  • Coordinate with Clients: Directly coordinate with client counterparts, fostering clear communication and understanding.
  • Share Knowledge (Optional): If you show proficiency in a subject matter, you may be asked to teach classes, maintain training materials, or conduct short talks for both internal and external audiences.
  • Other tasks and roles as assigned by management to support the team and project objectives.
