An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior BI Support professional to join a highly collaborative and supportive global team based in Taguig.

What You'll Do

  • Execute updates and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data models for global benefits management clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability at all times.
  • Prepare shared revenues reports for clients by collecting, cleaning, and organising data from multiple sources, followed by senior review before delivery.
  • Implement updates to existing dashboards and reports under the guidance of experienced team members, contributing to the evolution of business intelligence solutions.
  • Assist in gathering data requirements from various stakeholders such as operations teams and translate these needs into actionable tasks including data extraction and report updates.
  • Perform regular data quality checks on policy and operational data, documenting findings meticulously and escalating discrepancies when necessary.
  • Support the deployment and testing of new technology platforms or applications by performing hands-on tasks that ensure smooth rollouts across the organisation.
  • Troubleshoot basic reporting and data issues independently while escalating more complex cases promptly to the appropriate group for resolution.
  • Execute updates to claims dashboards and governance reporting by assisting with data collection, validation, and visualisation activities.
  • Monitor deadlines closely to ensure timely delivery of all scheduled reports and dashboards in line with client expectations.
  • Assist in preparing materials and instructions for training sessions or adoption of business intelligence tools within operations teams.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree is required—preferably in a discipline with significant emphasis on business or an equivalent relevant field—to provide foundational knowledge essential for success in this role.
  • At least three years’ experience working in business intelligence or analytics roles is highly desirable; previous exposure to employee benefits or insurance within shared services operations would be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English are essential for effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders; proficiency in an additional language is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint—and especially Power BI (with experience developing data models, writing DAX measures, and using Power Query scripts) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights through compelling storytelling techniques tailored for non-technical audiences is highly valued.
  • A methodical approach combined with structured analytical thinking enables you to tackle challenges efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Experience with automation tools as well as a keen focus on data quality assurance ensures scalability across multiple projects.
  • Basic financial knowledge coupled with comfort working on revenue-related datasets supports your ability to deliver accurate financial reports.
  • A strong client service orientation means you consistently strive to meet or exceed expectations while building positive relationships across teams.
  • Collaboration skills are crucial—you should be comfortable taking accountability for your work’s quality while involving others appropriately when needed; balancing time effectively across simultaneous projects is also important.
