Your Role

As a Junior Accounts Payable, you will:

• Supplier invoice entry and processing in AP SAGE ledger, including client invoices and property rental invoices.
• Obtain approval for processing from operational departments or senior managers; coding provided by Finance Team until competence demonstrated.
• Manage new account applications and credit applications with suppliers; setup and maintenance of supplier details in AP database.
• Handle supplier invoice payments mid-month, end-of-month, weekly urgent payments, and other settlements.
• Process employer-related payments including child support, CEPU, workers union, and staff expense reimbursements.
• Manage state payroll tax invoice entry, PAYG and BAS tax entries, and upload of bank files into online bank portal.
• Oversee vehicle fleet monthly invoice entry, foreign currency invoice payments, and settlement of overseas invoices once reviewed and approved by Finance.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Experience in accounts payable
• High level of computer literacy, Google products and Microsoft Office programs and accounts receivables systems.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance relationships with managers and staff to achieve work goals.
• Demonstrated ability to explore innovative solutions.
