noissue provides sustainable packaging for brands. We are headquartered in NZ with two key hubs in Vancouver & Manila. We serve a large customer base of SMB brands, with the majority based in North America and Australasia.

Role summary:

We’re looking for a Junior Operations Associate that is hungry and eager to join a passionate and fast-growing team. If you love solving challenging and meaningful problems, you’ve come to the right place. This role will be based within our Manila office which is 100% remote at this stage, but will become office based once things return to some form of normality!

To succeed you will need to bring excellent collaborative skills and a high level of detail to your tasks. You will work closely with our team in Manila and Vancouver to assist with new and existing order quotations, coordinating and communicating with suppliers and identifying opportunities to improve workflow.

You’ll be:

• Completing accurate purchase orders for supply partners, monitoring order timelines, and following up with suppliers where necessary
• Refining our step-by-step processing of orders to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Fielding incoming quotation requests and - working in collaboration with other team members - prioritizing as needed.
• Gathering the necessary data to make informed decisions about product pricing and freight options.
• Assisting the Internal Ops team on ad-hoc strategic projects and working cross functionally with other teams within noissue
• Assisting the sourcing team with costing & shipping analysis
• Working with the noissue Plus team on quoting and pricing matrix building
• Assisting with documenting process within our internal knowledgebase, Guru
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years working experience
• Experience working with excel or google sheets
• Have a strong level of written & spoken English
• Experience with eCommerce a plus!
• Passion for working in a collaborative team environment
• Positive mindset, motivated and energetic
• Be inspired by achieving a high level of work and consistently meeting key metrics
