Job Description
- Provide inputs to support the development of appropriate People strategies, policies, processes and systems based on the business requirements from the market
- Ensure proper updating and cascading to employees regarding the changes in the company policies
- Empower employee relationships through the collaboration with the People teams to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR consulting and advisory to business leaders in the organization
- Guides business leaders to manage workforce surplus or shortfalls to prioritize workforce requirements across the organization
- Deliver strategic HR policies and processes, roll-out of HR activities such as performance management and employee relations, development plans for key employees and high potential employees
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate; BS/BA Degree in Human Resources or any related course.
- At least 5 years of HR experience (at least 3 of which are in HR Business Partnership)
- Understanding of relevant regulations for the industry and design framework for the company to comply
- Well versed with local legal employment conditions and local statutory regulations
- Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
- Capability to work in a multicultural environment is an advantage
