What You'll Do
Provide support to Japanese customers via chat, email, and support platforms
- Assist with onboarding, platform navigation, and troubleshooting
- Translate help articles and knowledge base content into Japanese
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement
- Japanese proficiency: C1 level or higher (written and verbal)
- Good English communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, success, or enablement
- Comfortable using various tech tools and online platforms
- Willing to work onsite at eBloc 2, IT Park, Cebu City
- Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools
- Background in SaaS, technical support, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments
