Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user workspace management, including profile management, application control, and policy enforcement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related components
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities and best practices
Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably with Ivanti UWM or similar user workspace management solutions
- Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security protocols
- Solid knowledge of Ivanti UWM products and user workspace management technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Ivanti Certified Professional)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
