You will be responsible for assessing managing all major outsourced IT material service providers, vendors and be the owner of end-to-end license management for IT.

- License Tracking: Monitoring the use of existing software.
- Compliance: Ensure organization complies to the software licensing agreement
- Cost Monitoring: Overseeing technology spending and implement license optimization strategies as applicable for cost saving and efficiency gains.
- Process Ownership: Regularly updates software license lifecycle process and provides audit support as necessary.
- Reporting: Regularly report on software usage, cost, and optimization initiatives
- Vendor Selection: Participate in vendor selection processes as consultant and as deemed necessary by the contracting business unit.
- Contract Management: Ensure contracts are being adhered to and are compliant with regulators.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure frequent reviews are being conducted as reflected by the 3rd party risk management framework and issues are tracked and monitored until completion.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Risk Management: Assessment and management of associated risk with IT Vendors
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business teams to understand and anticipate IT needs.
- Process Ownership: Regularly updates 3rd party performance review work instructions and other related documents as needed.
- Reporting: Provide reports to C-levels regularly on the performance of material service providers.
- At least 5 years of experience in handling vendor assessment & software assets
- Knowledge of E2E license procurement, maintaining utilization reports, renewal process, termination process
- Have proper knowledge on ITAM workflow
- Have previous experience in working with SAM tools
- Experience with collecting information for budgeting, software compliance & inventory, contract summaries, and cost comparisons
- Experience with assessment of software license agreements and evaluation of legal impacts for the organization
- Experience managing licensing for key strategic vendors such as Oracle, Microsoft, Genesys, SAS, and SAP
- Experience in optimization for software licenses, minimizing associated spending whilst remaining compliant
- Experience managing and maintaining a Software Portfolio, including allowed and denied applications
- Good teamwork skills to work with IT, business teams and other corporate teams like Compliance and Internal Audit
