Responsibilities

· Local support for end-users in the Office (Laptop, networking, printer issues, hardware, or software issues on corporate devices)

· Preparation of corporate Windows or macOS devices before providing it to end-users

· New HW registration and installation (Office printers, projectors, etc)

· Registering new devices in Jira Asset Management. Device assignment to end-users

· Work closely with our hardware providers to solve problems with our corporate devices (both macOS and Windows laptops)

· Proactive corporate device status checks via Endpoint Management tool (Microsoft Endpoint Manager)

· (Optional) Remote support for end-users for Microsoft 365 cases – new user creation, new mailbox creation, Microsoft 365 related problem solving


Required expertise:

· At least 3 years of experience in the same position (Local Office IT Technician)

· Basic networking knowledge

· Hardware installation and configuration (Printers/MFDs, Projectors. Network equipment etc.)

· Good Windows 10/11 knowledge (with problem solving skills)

· (Nice to have) macOS management knowledge (with problem solving skills)

· (Nice to have) Jira Service Management experience (how to handle and solve requests)

· (Nice to have) Basic Microsoft 365 experience (user management, mailbox, teams, SharePoint management)

· (Nice to have) Basic MS Intune experience.
