Technical Support Engineer L1

Responsibilities

⢠Provide technical assistance to client end users and proactively monitor and report on client environments.

⢠Experience as Level 1 desktop and infrastructure; Troubleshoot customer workstation issues.

⢠Work with Senior Engineers, Team Leads, and Project Managers to troubleshoot client issues as they arise.

⢠Coordinate with the engineering team and project managers to ensure projects are carried out in a timely manner.

⢠Timely and accurate time log completion (with detailed notes).

⢠Dependable and regular attendance in the call queue.

⢠Proactive daily schedule communication with team members and team leader.

⢠Ensure proper execution and delivery of software patching, backups, alerts, antivirus, updates, hardware monitoring, management of ConnectWise products, TPAM, Kaseya, and SSL certs and software.

⢠Responsible with the Incident and Request management and Major Incident Management

⢠Experience using Service Management systems ServiceNow/Autotask, etc.

⢠Excellent language and customer communications

⢠Assist with special projects as needed and other duties as needed or required.

Qualifications

⢠Basic experience supporting small/medium sized businesses (Junior Level)

⢠Basic experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7, 10, or Mac OS (Junior Level)

⢠Has working knowledge on Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and Networking.
