Work Requirements
- Strong background in IT support, systems administration, or technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with tools such as Active Directory, remote desktop applications, and ticketing systems
- Ability to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection
- Working knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and new technologies

Potential Job Openings
- IT Support Specialist: Provides front-line support for technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and user satisfaction.
- Systems Administrator: Manages and maintains IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user access.
- Network Administrator: Oversees network performance, security, and connectivity across systems.
- Help Desk Technician: Resolves Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests and escalates issues as needed.
- IT Project Coordinator: Supports IT project implementation and monitors progress, ensuring milestones are met.
- Cybersecurity Analyst: Monitors systems for security breaches, performs risk assessments, and enforces protection protocols.
- Cloud Support Specialist: Provides support for cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- DevOps Support Engineer: Assists in managing deployment pipelines, automation tools, and systems performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and active listening
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to solving technical issues
- Proven experience in an IT support or systems-focused role
- Working knowledge of IT tools, platforms, and diagnostic utilities
- Certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
