Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting for mobile devices and related services
• Assist customers in ordering mobile devices and accessories
• Guide customers through the setup and activation of their mobile services

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery
