IT Service Management Representative

Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services. Your typical day will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Ensure operational efficiency and service delivery excellence.
• Implement best practices for IT service management.
• Analyze and optimize service performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Operational Technology (OT) Network Segmentation Architecture
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SCADA Control Systems, Infrastructure Service Management
• Strong understanding of IT production systems and services.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) Network Segmentation Architecture.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
