Job Summary:
The ERP Security Administrator isresponsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant ERP access solutions. This position manages provisioning, authorization, application-level security, and integrations with enterprise identity tools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP user accounts, roles,and authorizations
- Implement and maintain RBAC structures and ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Conduct routine audits and access reviews
- Configure ERP security parameters, policies, and authentication methods
- Maintain SSO solutations across ERP applications
- Monitor encryption keys and digital signatures
- Translate business needs into secure, compliant authorization concepts
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and root-cause findings
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors on forensic analysis and remediation
- Support compliance with regulations, standards, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with ERP administration teams to deploy security notes and patches
Requirements:
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have at least 4 years in ERP Security Administration and 3 years in IT Security, Infrastructure, Networking, or related technical roles
- Strong understanding of SoD risks, mitigation controls, and sensitive access oversight
- Experience with ERP Access Control systems for risk management and compliant provisioning
Additional Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
- Excel at solving complex problems in dynamic environments
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Must be able to set and meet deadlines.

The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel:
This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
