What are we looking for?
- A strong background in recruitment delivery.
- Experience or knowledge in IT recruitment and/or white-collar recruitment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a competitive industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong candidate engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment CRM systems and sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated experience proactively engaging with the market to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and nurture trusted, long term relationships with candidates – understanding their needs and values, aligning them to the needs and values of our clients.
- Become a trusted advisor, helping candidates navigate career opportunities and industry trends.
- Engage with candidates proactively, providing guidance and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, balancing quality and timeliness.
- Provide regular feedback to candidates, facilitating a transparent and collaborative hiring experience.
