IT Operations Supervisor

Overview:The IT Operations Supervisor at Rockwell Land will manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and support. This role involves leading the IT operations team, troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining IT resources, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT services. The supervisor will also manage incidents, oversee preventive maintenance, and communicate with internal teams and vendors.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the IT operations team, ensuring high-quality support across IT systemsMonitor infrastructure performance, including servers, networks, hardware, and softwareEnsure adherence to SLAs and company standards, and manage incident resolutionProvide leadership in troubleshooting and escalating issues as neededOversee team training, performance reviews, and developmentCoordinate preventive maintenance and ensure timely updates/patchesManage vendor relationships and collaborate with business units to meet IT needsMaintain documentation, generate performance reports, and ensure compliance with policiesLead IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvementsEnsure IT security protocols are followed and work with the security team to mitigate risks
QualificationCollege graduate (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field5-8 years of IT support/operations experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory roleStrong troubleshooting skills and experience managing IT systems and teamProficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and security protocol
