Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Manager Network & System Administrator to oversee and maintain our companys network systems, servers, and IT security. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills to ensure seamless operations and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems
  • Oversee system administration, including security, backups, and updates
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues
  • Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance and implement security best practices
  • Develop IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support IT needs and business operations
  • Implement and upgrade IT solutions to improve overall performance
  • Document system configurations and processes for future reference

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in network & system administration
  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches)
  • Expertise in server management (Windows, Linux), virtualization, and cloud technologies
  • Experience with IT security, backups, and disaster recovery planning
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
