IT Manager / Officer - SAP Functional Analyst (FICO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Functional Analyst (FICO) to join our IT team as an IT Manager/Officer. The role is responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) module to meet business requirements. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, design solutions, and implement SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of the SAP FICO module.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
• Collaborate with business users to understand financial reporting needs and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve SAP FICO-related issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionality.
• Work closely with technical teams for system integration, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Document business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Keep up to date with SAP advancements and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with SAP FICO as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP Financials, including FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) modules.
• Experience in SAP implementation, upgrades, and end-to-end configurations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
• Understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP FICO Certification (Preferred)
• ITIL, PMP, or other relevant IT certifications (Preferred)
