In this full-time position based in Cebu City Cebu, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the company's information technology infrastructure and systems. Your expertise in Information & Communication Technology management will be instrumental in driving the company's digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the company's IT operations, including hardware, software, network, and cybersecurity systems
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth and secure running of the company's technology infrastructure
• Lead and oversee the IT team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their effective performance
• Identify and implement technological solutions to streamline business processes and improve productivity
• Analyze and monitor IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their technology-related needs
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and recommend innovative technologies to enhance the company's competitive edge

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in the Management industry
• Strong technical expertise in areas such as network administration, database management, and cybersecurity
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing IT team
• Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects and delivering business-aligned solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with industry-standard IT frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment.
