Responsibilities
- Regularly perform preventive maintenance tasks on computers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Address hardware and software issues promptly to prevent downtime.
- Hardware Setup and Deployment to the newly requested workstation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of computers in training rooms and operational areas.
- Regularly format and optimize systems to improve performance.
- Assist in setting up OBP accounts for newly hired employees and new clients accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate account creation based on IT team guidelines.
- Collaborate with our IT Asset Management (ITAM) team to maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment.
- Assist in tracking and managing hardware assets efficiently.
Requirements
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology or any related course.
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
- Passion for the IT industry and its best practices.
- Willing to work in Ortigas / Cubao area.
- Available to start ASAP
