Were looking for a dynamic IT Integration Manager to lead and coordinate all technical aspects of partner and customer integrations in our client's global logistics operations. In this role, youll bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring seamless connectivity through modern API, EDI, and related technologies. Youll also guide a high-performing technical team, drive integration projects from design to deployment, and champion innovation through emerging integration trends.
What youll do:
Based in Cebu with close collaboration across global teams.
Aligns primarily with AMER region business hours.
What youll do:
- Lead the implementation of B2B/EDI/API integration solutions aligned with business requirements and global standards.
- Manage integration projects end-to-endfrom requirements gathering to go-live support.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, customers, carriers, and technology vendors.
- Mentor and motivate a technical team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong technical expertise in integration technologies (EDI, API REST/SOAP, data mapping).
- Proven track record in managing complex IT integration projectspreferably in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
- Hands-on experience in system integrations, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Knowledge of EDI message flows, EDIFACT, ANSI X12 is a plus.
