IT Infrastructure Project Lead

The IT Infrastructure Project Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery, installation, and validation of IT infrastructure components and support of a large-scale enterprise project. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role acts as the key technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure that infrastructure implementation aligns with the design requirements, project timeliness, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in IT systems, hands-on project coordination experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced project environment.

1. Serve as the on-site lead for all IT infrastructure implementation activities.
2. Coordinate with the internal teams and third-part suppliers to validate infrastructure scope and technical specifications.
3. Monitor delivery, installation, and configuration of servers, storage systems, network devices, and related components.
4. Review and validate infrastructure acceptance through documentation, site inspections, and progress reporting.
5. Track milestone accomplishments and support the preparation of technical and financial documentation for billing.
6. Participate in coordination meetings and represent the infrastructure workstream to the Project Manager.
7. Identify and escalate technical risks, non-conformances, or schedule impacts to the Project Manager.

9. Ensure adherence to It standards, security policies, and project requirements.
10. Conduct quality assurance checks on infrastructure components and activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
